Any Singapore incorporated company are required to appoint a company secretary within six months of formation according to Singapore Companies Act 176.

The location of Statutory Records and Index of Members is the place where the company’s statutory records are maintained. It need not be the same address as the company’s registered office, as often, the Statutory Records and Index of Members will be situated at the address of the Corporate Secretarial Agent.
